I met Mike and Gay Ward, over the phone and via the internet. I was stationed in Virginia and my husband was in Japan. Through the 8months of paperwork and home building decisions, Gay was always there for me. Her much needed advice and help was a pure blessing. Once we finally moved here, whenever we went to see the progress of the house, if we had any questions, Mike and Gay were a phone call away and VERY flexible about EVERYTHING. I couldn’t have asked for better home builders because I got the BEST Texas has to offer!!! Mike and Gay Ward are like family to us. We thank them and greatly appreciate ALL they have done for us!! P.S.….I LOVE MY HOUSE!!!!!!
